SPECIFICATIONS

 

EXTERNAL

  • Driveways and courtyard will be a combination of tarmac and block paviors.  Ample parking spaces.  A factor or a Residents Association will be appointed or formed by the Developer to maintain communal landscaped and public areas and each apartment owner will be required to contribute as appropriate.

 

INTERNAL FINISHINGS
Built in wardrobes provided in all main bedrooms and in bedroom 2 (except GF4, GF1, 1F1 and 2F1) with hanging rail and shelving.  White Ogee moulded and beaded facings and skirtings.  All walls will be finished with soft cream emulsion.

 

WINDOWS & DOORS

  • Windows are white hardwood and DG by Treecraft, internal doors are 6-panelled white and fitted with quality chrome finish ironmongery.  Apartments with coomb ceilings may have Velux windows.  High performance glass main entrance door to access apartments in the main building with an electronic entry.

 

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

  • Ample sockets throughout.  TV and satellite points in lounge and dining.  Terrestrial TV point in each bedroom.  Telephone points in each lounge and each bedroom.  Shaver point in bathroom.

 

HEATING

  • All apartments have electric Total Control Heating system with immersion hot water tank and thermostatically controlled panel heaters in each room.

 

KITCHEN

  • Designer fitted kitchen from bespoke kitchen designers Riverside Kitchens.  Fully integrated Zanussi appliances which include a 4 ring ceramic hob, electric single oven and cooker hood, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.  Feature lighting in every kitchen.

 

BATHROOM/EN-SUITE
