External Walls
• Skye Marble roughcasting on 100mm blockwork. 50mm cavity,
100mm timber frame with 100mm insulation.
• Tumbled buff stone around garage (where garage included) and panels.
Roof and Fascias
• Concrete interlocking roof tiles and stained painted facias.
Floors
• Ground floor 22mm waterproof flooring on 72mm joists on concrete
floor with 150mm insulation below.
Windows and Doors
• All windows and doors are NorDan red pine “H” type made from slow
grown redwood with a u value of 1.3.
